Most Surrey businesses we meet are doing well. The work is good, the reviews are good, the phone rings on referral. What they have online matches none of it — a site built eight years ago by someone's nephew, a Facebook page that stopped in 2023, and no idea how many enquiries are being lost because of it.

That gap is worth real money and it is not difficult to close. What makes it difficult is the way it is normally sold: a discovery phase, a content questionnaire nobody fills in, three months, four thousand pounds, and silence once it launches.

So we work the other way round. We stop the leaks first — the missed calls, the unanswered enquiries, the quotes nobody chased — because that pays for everything after it. Then we build the site, and then we run the marketing behind it.

Twenty-five years in digital marketing across London, EMEA, the US and Africa. Advertising Director at Accenture, running budgets up to £55 million. Digital Business Unit Director on Meta's EMEA launch. Head of Digital Marketing at the GSMA, where he built Mobile World Live into a 200,000-subscriber media business. Head of Digital Marketing at Samsung Africa, leading a team of thirty-six.

Most recently Head of Digital Marketing and Client Services at Konekt Group in London, across three agency brands — consultancy, performance media, and creative and UX.

Twenty-five years of global work, now living and working in Surrey. Design Surrey is that model scaled down and pointed at businesses on his own doorstep — the same standards, at a price a Cobham showroom will actually pay.

How we work.

We stay local

We work with businesses across Surrey and the towns around it, and nowhere else. Everything starts with a half-hour call, then photographs of the showroom, the van, the treatment room — that is where the pictures and half the copy come from.

Fixed prices, dated

You know what it costs and what day it goes live before you agree to anything. If material arrives late the date moves by the same number of days, and we say so at the time.

No lock-in

Retainers are rolling monthly with one month's notice. The domain stays in your name. The site is yours on final payment. If it stops being worth it, you leave.

Enquiries used to sit until the next morning. Now they get an answer in under a minute, at any hour. It has changed what we win.
